BOTOX® Cosmetic
We offer BOTOX® Cosmetic injections as a means to eliminate deep wrinkles such as frown lines, brow furrows, crow’s feet, and neck creases. To provide additional aesthetic improvement, BOTOX® Cosmetic injections are often performed in conjunction with a facial cosmetic surgery procedure, such as a facelift or eyelid surgery.
BOTOX® Cosmetic is a purified form of botulinum toxin type A, a neuromuscular toxin. In its diluted state, it is an effective, FDA-approved cosmetic treatment, and it works by relaxing the facial muscles that cause wrinkles to appear on facial skin.
JUVÉDERM™ Injectable Gel
JUVÉDERM™ Injectable Gel is an FDA-approved treatment that can be used to eliminate or significantly reduce deep creases and wrinkles on the face. For patients who desire lip augmentation, JUVÉDERM™ Injectable Gel can be used to plump the lips, as well.
JUVÉDERM™ Injectable Gel is a synthetic hyaluronic acid filler that provides excellent results with minimal treatment time and discomfort. The effects are immediate and long lasting. As with any injectable treatment, periodic touchup treatments are necessary to maintain results. Like Restylane®, JUVÉDERM™ Injectable Gel does not pose a risk of allergic reaction in most patients.
Restylane®
We use Restylane®, a long-lasting injectable treatment, to reduce or eliminate deep wrinkles and add volume to facial features. Restylane® is frequently used to correct the horizontal wrinkles that can occur between the eyebrows and the deep lines that can develop from the sides of the nose down to the corners of the mouth.
Restylane® is an FDA-approved, synthetic form of hyaluronic acid, a substance that occurs naturally in the human body. Restylane® does not cause allergic reactions in most patients.
Radiesse®
Radiesse® is an injectable filler that can revitalize the face by eliminating or greatly reducing deep lines and visible signs of aging. Radiesse™ can also be used to enhance the contours of the face.
Radiesse® is a unique filler composed of tiny microspheres suspended in a clear gel. Because Radiesse® is a synthetic version of naturally occurring calcium hydroxylapatite, it usually does not cause an allergic reaction.
After a Radiesse® treatment, results are immediately apparent, and they reach their full potential in approximately one week. For the first several months after treatment, Radiesse® acts as a filler; subsequently, however, the microspheres stimulate natural collagen growth so that the skin rejuvenates itself for up to two years, making Radiesse® a particularly long-lasting treatment option.
